May 7, Fineko/abc.az. As of May 1, 2025, the number of active taxpayers in Azerbaijan reached 816,700.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the State Tax Service that compared with the data as of January 1, 2025, the number of active taxpayers increased by 1.2%.

Over Jan-Apr 2025, the number of active VAT-payers grew by 3.8% up to 54,800, and the number of active business entities (facilities) by 2.6% up to 223,100.
