February 7, Fineko/abc.az. This January, there was a significant increase in fruit exports from Azerbaijan to foreign markets.

ABC.AZ informs, referring to the Ministry of Agriculture, our country exported 44710.1 tons of various fruits for $43.26 billion to foreign markets in January 2025.

Compared with January 2024, fruit exports grew by 23.5% and the value by 22.8%.

In the first month of the year, Azerbaijan exported most of all such fruits as persimmons, apples, pears, quinces, pomegranates and citrus fruits.
