January 31, Fineko/abc.az. In 2024, the State Tax Service sent materials with the corpus delicti for 643 taxpayers to the relevant investigative authorities.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Tax Service that according to the Law on Administrative Proceedings, a total of 5,100 decisions were made on sending claims for debt payment by debtor taxpayers.

In addition, relevant orders were sent to the active bank accounts of debtors to collect tax arrears to the State Budget, 7,008 persons were temporarily restricted from leaving the country, and a total of 12,000 decisions were made on the inventory of property of debtor taxpayers:

"Proactive information measures on the payment of accrued taxes continued in 2024, insurance premiums, interest and applied financial sanctions against debtor taxpayers," the Service says.
