January 24, Fineko/abc.az. Vietnam has resumed purchases of crude oil from Azerbaijan after a break of 14 months.

ABC.AZ reports that in December 2024, the Southeast Asian country purchased 138,500 tons of crude oil from Azerbaijan.

The cost of selling crude oil is $77.9 million. Vietnam last bought crude oil from Azerbaijan in October 2023.

Last year Azerbaijan sold 377,000 tons of raw materials to Thailand and 311,000 tons to Indonesia.

Although in previous years Malaysia, Singapore, and Taiwan, known as a province of China, purchased crude oil from Azerbaijan, these countries have not purchased it from our republic in recent years.
