December 18, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Nov 2024, our country exported 1.745 bn kWh of electricity for $93.934 million abroad.  

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Customs Committee that electricity exports decreased by $285.366 million, or 75.2%, in value terms versus Jan-Nov 2023, and in quantitative terms by 2.178 million kWh, or 55.5%. 

Electricity exports abroad for Jan-Nov 2023 amounted to 3.923 bn kWh for $379.3 million.

Ountry’s electricity exports for Jan-Nov 2024 made up 0.39% of Azerbaijan's total exports and 3.04% of exports in the non-oil sector.
Over Jan-Nov 2023, electricity exports made up 1.20% of Azerbaijan's total exports and 12.50% of exports in the non-oil sector.
