December 17, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Nov 2024, agricultural products for 12.216 bn manats were produced in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the State Statistics Committee that the figure is 1% more versus Jan-Nov 2023.

From November 2023 to November 2024, the cost of country’s crop production grew by 0.6% up to 6.23 billion manats, and the cost of livestock products by 1.4% up to 6.19 billion manats.

As of December 1, 3.245 million tons of cereals and legumes, or 0.7% more than 1 year ago, 1.8 million tons of vegetables (1% more) , 1.309 million tons of fruits and berries (4.8% more) , 920,200 tons of potatoes were harvested from the fields (7.6% less) , 490,400 tons of melons (11.9% more), 243,000 tons of cotton (7.5% less), 213,700 tons of sugar beet (0.1% more) , 202,000 tons of grapes (9.3% less), 31,100 tons of sunflower (6.3% more), 5,900 tons of tobacco (12.8% more), 1,100 tons of green tea leaves (4.9% less) .
