November 26, Fineko/abc.az. Malaysian company Citaglobal has founded two subsidiaries in Azerbaijan - TIZA Global Azərbaycan LLC and TIZA Green Energy LLC.

ABC.AZ informs that both companies are located at address: Baku, Nasimi district, Akad. Hasan Aliyev Str, 4/189; Falez Plaza, Floor 6. Each of the companies was established with authorized capital of 100 manats.

Sharaf Askerova is the director at Tiza Global Azerbaycan LLC and Mohamad Norza Bin Zakaria - the director at Tiza Green Energy.

Within COP29 Summit, the Baku Port signed a framework contract with Tiza Green Energy, a subsidiary of Citaglobal, for the construction of a 5.4 MW photovoltaic (PV) solar power plant.

The commissioning of a 5.4 MW solar photovoltaic plant in the Baku port is regarded as Azerbaijan's transition to clean energy.
