Growth reported on production of meat, milk and eggs in Azerbaijan

November 19, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Oct 2024, our country produced 491,400 tons of meat in live weight, including poultry, 1.88 million tons of milk, 1.917 billion eggs, 14,800 tons of wool, 239.4 tons of cocoons, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the State Statistics Committee.

Compared with Jan-Oct 2023, production of meat grew by 1.2%, milk by 0.8%, eggs by 4.6%. Wool production dropped by 2.1% and cocoon production by 32.9%.
