November 16, Fineko/abc.az. In October 2024, the consumer price index increased by 3.4% compared with October 2023, which is less than 3.5% recorded in September.
ABC.AZ was informed at the State Statistics Committee that prices for food, beverages and tobacco products grew by 2.6%, non–food products by 2.1%, paid services to the population by 5.8%.
The CPI for October 2024 was 0.3% compared with the previous month, and from January to October it was 1.7% against Jan-Oct 2023.
