November 14, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan numbered 4,575 enterprises in 2023.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee that the largest number of enterprises is located in Baku – 2,687.

Sumgait ranks the 2nd city on the number of enterprises is - 248 and Absheron holds the 3rd place - 247 enterprises.

The city of Ganja took the 4th place with 122 enterprises. And 69 enterprises operated in Zagatala last year.

The lowest figures were recorded on the occupation-liberated territories. Thus, there is one operating in Khojaly, two in Gubadli, four in Zangilan and Kelbajar, and five enterprises in Shusha and Khojavend.
