October 29, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are slightly falling in Tuesday’s trading after the maximum drop in more than 2 years the day before.

The price of Brent crude futures for December on the ICE Futures exchange dropped by $0.03 (0.04%) to $71.39 per barrel by 09:45. Following the trading on October 28, December’s Brent crude futures decreased by $4.63 (6.09%) to $71.42 per barrel.

The price of December’s WTI oil futures on the NYMEX commodity exchange fell by $0.03 (0.04%) to $67.35 per barrel by 09:45. Following the trading on October 28, WTI oil futures for December declined in price by $4.40 (6.13%) to $67.38 per barrel.

For both brands, the decline the day before was the largest since July 2022.
