October 17, Fineko/abc.az. This September, Azerbaijan ranks 95th among 159 countries in terms of average speed of fixed broadband Internet access with speed of 52.06 Mbit/s, rising by 9 positions compared to the previous month, ABC.AZ reports, referring to Speedtest Global Index.

Singapore took the 1st place in terms of fixed broadband Internet access speed last month, and Cuba took the last place.

In September, Azerbaijan ranked 48th among 112 countries in terms of mobile Internet speed with 55.62 Mbps, which is 3 points lower compared to August.

The UAE took the 1st place in terms of mobile Internet speed, and Yemen took the last place.
