October 11, Fineko/abc.az. Amendments have been made to the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Səba OJSC, scheduled for October 28, 2024.

ABC.AZ reports that the agenda includes discussion of a range of issues, including liquidation of Səba OJSC, putting up of property for sale, an agreement on transfer of a loan obligation to subsidiary Chicken Pro LLC, created by the founder of Səba OJSC.
