September 27, Fineko/abc.az.   The Trans-Adriatic Pipeline (TAP), which transports Azerbaijani gas to Europe, has so far delivered nearly 40 bcm of gas.

ABC.AZ reports that TAP's Managing Director Luca Schieppati said about this during the Italian Energy Summit.

“TAP has guaranteed the security of Europe’s supply by transporting just under 40 billion cubic meters of gas,” Schieppati noted.

He added that 32.8 bcm of the mentioned amount were delivered to Italy. TAP accounts for more than 15% of Italy's second gas import source.
