September 23, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order "On the regulation of certain issues related to the activity of the Turkish-Azerbaijani University".

ABC.AZ reports that according to the order, higher educational institutions of the Republic of Azerbaijan involved in the activities of the Turkish–Azerbaijani University have been granted the right to independently select students based on the results of entrance exams conducted by the State Examination Center of Azerbaijan.
