July 9, Fineko/abc.az. Microsoft Technology Corporation will ban employees of Chinese divisions from using Android devices for work purposes and will give them iPhone smartphones, ABC.AZ reports with reference to Bloomberg (which in turn has an internal document at its disposal).

According to the document text, Microsoft will require employees in China from September to use only Apple devices to identify themselves when logging into work computers and phones. It is noted that all staff using Android smartphones will receive an iPhone 15 from the corporation. The measure will affect hundreds of workers in mainland China, Bloomberg adds. Microsoft representatives did not respond to the agency's request for comment on this information.

The Wall Street Journal reported on May 16 that Microsoft is asking hundreds of employees of Chinese divisions to consider moving to the United States amid increasing technological rivalry between the two countries. Speech was about 700-800 employees who are engaged in machine learning and cloud solutions development.
