July 8, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are declining in Monday’s trading after rising following the last week.

The price of Brent crude futures for September at the London ICE Futures Exchange fell by $0.13 (0.15%) to $86.41 per barrel by 09:26. Following the trading on July 4, September Brent crude futures declined by $0.89 (1.02%) to $86.54 per barrel.

The price of August’s WTI oil futures on the electronic trading of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) dropped by $0.27 (0.32%) to $82.89 per barrel by 09:26. Following the trading on July 5, the price of WTI oil futures for August decreased by $0.78 (0.93%) to $83.16 per barrel.

Following the past week, Brent crude oil rose by 1.81%, and WTI oil by 1.99%.
