July 4, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet Ministers has made changes to the "Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity, to the rates of customs duties on imports and to the rates of customs duties on exports", approved by Resolution from November 17, 2017.

ABC.AZ reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a new decree in this regard.

Under the decree, chickpeas imported in Azerbaijan for sowing will not be subject to customs duties in October, November, December, January, February and March. So far, the exemption has applied to chickpeas imported into the country in February, March, April and May. In other words, the grace period for the import of planting chickpeas has been extended for 2 months.
