July 1, Fineko/abc.az. By the relevant presidential decree, Bashir Hajiyev was appointed president’s special representative in Kelbajar district.

ABC.AZ reports that Bashir Hajiyev, born in 1979, graduated from the Bachelor's degree in Philology at the Azerbaijan University of Languages in 2000, from the Master's degree in Linguistics at the University in 2004, and from the Finance & Credit Faculty of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics in 2007.

Prior to this position, Hajiyev was the deputy special representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the territories liberated from occupation, which are part of the Karabakh Economic Region.
