May 15, Fineko/abc.az. According to operational data for Jan-Apr of this year, electricity production totaled 9.248 bn kWh, while exports reached 407 million kWh and imports - 62.2 million kWh.

ABC.AZ reports that Azerbaijani Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov wrote about this on X.

According to the minister, over Jan-Apr, electricity production from thermal electric power plants amounted to 8.198 bn kWh and from renewable sources, including hydropower 1.05 bn kWh with an increase of 464.5 million kWh.
