Oil keeps on falling in price, and Brent is at $82.70 a barrel

May 8, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are falling in Wednesday’s trading after a drop in the previous session.

The price of July’s Brent crude futures at the London ICE Futures Exchange fell by $0.46 (0.55%) to $82.70 per barrel by 09:35. Following the trading on May 7, Brent crude futures for July declined by $0.17 (0.20%) to $83.16 per barrel.

The price of WTI crude futures for June on the electronic trading of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) by 09:35 dropped by $0.41 (0.52%) to $77.97 per barrel. Following the trading on May 7, the price of June’s WTI oil futures decreased by $0.10 (0.13%) to $78.38 per barrel.
