April 25, Fineko/abc.az. Presidents Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan and Sadyr Zhaparov of Kyrgyzstan have attended a joint ground-breaking ceremony for the secondary school of Khydyrli village of Aghdam district, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration.
