April 25, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan started supplying natural gas to Hungary in April 2024. We have a contract with Hungary for supply of 100 million cu m.

ABC.AZ reports that Sahil Babayev, the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population, said about this at today’s business forum.

In his turn, the Hungarian FM said that the first 50 million cu m of Azerbaijani gas were received in April.

The strategic partnership with Azerbaijan in the energy sphere will strengthen Hungary's energy security, Szijjarto noted.
