March 28, Fineko/abc.az. The domestic transport sector carried 35.189 million tons of cargo for Jan-Feb 2024 (1.397 million tons, or 4.1% more against Jan-Feb 2023, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee.

Over Jan-Feb 2024, 33.79 million tons of cargo were transported.

The total cargo turnover for Jan-Feb 2024 amounted to 15.134 bn ton-kilometer per hour t-km (527.4 million t-km or 3.6% more than a year earlier). Over Jan-Feb 2023, cargo turnover amounted to 14.606 bn tons-km.
