February 26, Fineko/abc.az. Today, President Ilham Aliyev has laid the foundation of a memorial to the victims of Khojali genocide in Khojali district, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Presidential Administration’s press service.

The head of state also met with representatives of the district's public.
