February 8, Fineko/abc.az. The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms & Communication has released preliminary figures for the February issue of the Export Review.

ABC.AZ reports that in January 2024, Azerbaijan's total exports amounted to $1.8 bn, and exports of the non-oil sector - $222 million.

In January 2024, food exports grew by 9.5% versus January 2023 up to $70.4 million and exports of non-food products - $151.6 million.

In the first month of 2024, exports of fats and oils of vegetable and animal origin increased by 31.9%, exports of fruits and vegetables by 21.2%, and exports of aluminum and products made from it by 17.4%.

In January 2024, the statistical value of joint exports of agricultural and agro-industrial products grew by 10.5% up to $74.1 million.

The value of the products of the agro-industrial complex, which occupies a significant place in the structure of oil/gas exports, amounted to $15.4 million.
