January 25, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Dec 2023, Azerbaijan imported 22,390 cash registers from abroad for $3.857 million.

ABC.AZ reports that these figures are reflected in the report of the State Statistics Committee. Thus, the import figures in value terms amount to 6.485 million mantas (2.6-fold less) and in quantitative terms – 31,505 manats (2.4 cash registers).

Over Jan-Dec 2022, the country imported 53,895 cash registers for $10.342 million.
This means that the import price for 1 cash register was about $172 (293 manats), and for Jan-Dec 2022 — $192 (326 manats). The import price of the cash register declined by $20 (33 manats) or 10.2% during 2023.
