January 22, Fineko/abc.az. In 2023, Azerbaijan exported 362,206 tons of nitrogen fertilizers (2,029 tons or 0.6% more versus 2022).

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the monthly report of the State Customs Committee that the country exported nitrogen fertilizers for $83.1 million for 2023 ($126.75 million, or 2.5 times less against 2022).

In 2022, revenue from the sale of nitrogen fertilizers totaled $209.76 million.

The export price per ton of nitrogen fertilizers in 2023 was $229 ($353 less or 2.5-fold less in annual comparison). The export price per ton of nitrogen fertilizers in 2022 was $582.

This means that the export price of 1 kg of nitrogen fertilizers in 2023 was 0.40 manat, in 2022 - 0.99 manat.
