December 22, Fineko/abc.az. As part of the privatization process, more than 23,000 small enterprises and facilities were sold in Azerbaijan after 2003.

ABC.AZ reports that Mammad Musayev, the president of ASK (National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers)), informed about this. 

He added that as a result, more than 300,000 jobs were created.

"The privatization of state property plays an important role in increasing the share of the private sector in GDP," he noted.
