November 13, Fineko/abc.az. The head of the Department of Human Capital Development & Functional Improvement of the State Oil Company (SOCAR) has been appointed.

ABC.AZ reports that Elnur Huseynov became the head of the above-said SOCAR department.

Huseynov was the deputy director of the department until the present appointment.

He has been working at SOCAR since June 2011 in the relevant field. Since April 2020, Hudeynov has been deputy director of the Human Resources Department.

In 2005-2008, Elnur Huseynov received the Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Wales, in 2014-2018 – the Master of Business Administration and Human Resources Degree from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh.

He received a Certificate (Master's degree) in Project Management from George Washington University in Washington, DC in 2017-2018.
