October 16, Fineko/abc.az. According to operational data for Jan-Sept 2023, 36.1 bcm of natural gas were produced in Azerbaijan for the past 9 months.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry of Energy that 9.6 bcm of gas were extracted at Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli field, 19.7 bcm at Shah Deniz, 400 million cu m at Absheron, and 6.4 bcm at SOCAR.

Compared with Jan-Sept 2022, gas production increased by 5%, that is, by 1.7 bcm.
