October 10, Fineko/abc.az. In the 1st half of 2023, 4,340 new taxpayers were registered in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Tax Service that this is 2-fold more versus Jan-Jun 2022.

Of them, 89.6% are individuals, 10.4% are legal entities and other organizations. This year, the number of individuals increased by 80%, and legal entities – 32-fold.

Over Jan-Sept, 64% of commercial institutions were registered electronically, and 36% - on the basis of applications submitted on paper.
