September 11, Fineko/abc.az. Kyrgyzstan will transfer 17 hectares of land on Issyk-Kul Island to an Azerbaijani company for construction of a five-star hotel.

ABC.AZ reports that Bishkek will create infrastructure and exempt the hotel from taxes for 10 years, and the Azerbaijani investor will build the complex in three years and employ 70% of the personnel from the local population.

A relevant bilateral agreement will be in force for 49 years with the right to prolong it further.

The agreement on the construction of a 5-star hotel in Kyrgyzstan by the Azerbaijani company was reached at the level of the leaders of Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan.
