ABC.AZ reports that Saat Meydanı LLC was reorganized in the form of merger with Nəqşicahan Group Association of Companies LLC and is the legal successor of this company.

Saat Meydanı LLC was registered in 2019, its authorized capital is AZN 500, and Rifat Mahmudov is its legal representative.
