In January-July this year, 327,000 tons of meat in live weight, 1.305 million tons of milk, 1.305 million eggs, 14,400 tons of wool, 356.6 tons of cocoons were produced in Azerbaijan.

Compared with January-July last year, meat production increased by 3.1%, milk - by 1.7%, eggs - by 12%, cocoons - by 5.1%, and wool production decreased by 2.6%, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee.

Compared to the same period last year, gross agricultural output increased by 3.3%, including growth in livestock production by 3.4%, crop production - by 3.2%.
