July 18, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan produced 4,248.9 tons of cream and sour cream for Jan-Jun 2023.

ABC.AZ reports that compared with Jan-Jun 2022, manufacture of cream and sour cream grew by 3.8% or by 157.2 tons. Over Jan-Jun 2022, this figure was 4,091.7 tons.

As of July 1, 2023, there were no stocks of finished products.
