June 23, Fineko/abc.az. A draft law has been adopted on a fine of 150 manats for drivers moving in the opposite direction on one-way roads.

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, at the meeting of the extraordinary session of the Milli Majlis, the draft amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses were submitted for discussion in the third reading.

In the current version of the Code, it is noted that for driving against the established direction of traffic on one-way roads, as well as for violating the requirements of horizontal marking lines 1.1, 1.3 and 1.11, moving a vehicle in the direction opposite to the direction of traffic flow, a fine of 100 manats is imposed in full.

With the change, this fine increases from 100 manats to 150 manats.

The draft amendments were put to the vote and adopted in the third reading.
