Azerbaijan's foreign trade turnover has positive balance – decline of 10%

June 16, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan conducted trade operations with foreign countries for $22.95 million for Jan-May 2023 (11.7% more against Jan-May 2022), ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Customs Committee.

Of the 5-month foreign trade turnover, $16.114 million accounted for export and $6.839 million for import. Over Jan-May 2022, country’s exports grew by 4.5% and imports by 33.2%.

The foreign trade surplus totaled $9276 million (9.8% less than year-on-year).
