June 14, Fineko/abc.az. More than 130,000 tons of poultry meat and more than 2 bn eggs were produced in 2022.

ABC.AZ reports that Murvet Hasanli, the chairman of the Association of Producers & Exporters of Poultry Meat & Eggs, said about this.

He added that Azerbaijan has already turned from an egg-importing country into an exporting country.

"We export eggs to about 10 foreign countries. In the near future, according to the agreement signed with Belgium, we will export eggs to this country," Hasanli added.
