ABC.AZ reports that Agagusein Khudaverdiev has been appointed as the new chairman of the Center's Board. The new chairman is an adviser to the Center, previously he was a civil servant. By Order of the President Ilham Aliyev #3118 from September 4, 2013, he was awarded the medal "For Distinction in Public Service".
