5 May, Fineko/abc.az. Gəmiqaya Holdinq is being reorganized.

ABC.AZ reports that Avtonax MR LLC, Avtonəqliyat MR LLC, Texnika NAX LLC, Naxtexnika 2023 LLC, Naxlogistic LLC and Avtotech MR LLC were separated from Gəmiqaya Avtonəqliyat LLC, as a result of which reorganization of the company was announced.

Gəmiqaya Avtonəqliyyat was registered on 30.12.2022. Its authorized capital is 2,487,788 manats. The legal representative is Vusal Mammadov.
