Azerbaijan ranks 3rd on gas supplies to Türkiye

May 4, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan exported 1.697 bn cu m of gas from Shah Deniz field to Türkiye for Jan-Feb 2023 (10% higher against Jan-Feb 2022), ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Turkish Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK).

According to EPDK, in February 2023 the export of Azerbaijani gas to Türkiye amounted to 815.73 million cu m, an increase of 9.12% against February 2022.

Azerbaijan accounted for 13.57% of all gas supplies to Türkiye during this period.

In general, Azerbaijan ranked 3rd in terms of gas supplies to Türkiye in February. In the 1st place - Russia, which accounted for 34.37% of all deliveries, in the 2nd - the U.S. (16.99%), in the 4rth – Algeria (11.19%).
