May 1, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on the provision of financial assistance for the use of public utilities to entrepreneurs engaged in production activities in the territories liberated from occupation.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the decree, entrepreneurs engaged in production activities in the territories liberated from occupation will be paid monthly financial assistance from the State Budget in the amount of 20 percent of the funds paid in accord with utility tariffs (electricity, natural gas, water supply and sanitation) for 10 (ten) years from January 1, 2023).
