April 25, Fineko/abc.az. Activity of entrepreneurs becomes more transparent, ABC.AZ reports, citing Deputy Economy Minister Sahib Alakbarov.

He noted that compared with the beginning of 2019, the number of employment contracts increased by 353,900 and by April 1, 2023 reached 1.755 million contracts. In the non-oil sector, this indicator increased by 298,000 up to 838,000 contracts.

He added that due to the "bleaching" of the number of employees and the wage fund, income from mandatory state insurance premiums for Jan-Mar 2023 increased by 13.9% or by AZN 145.3 million in annual comparison and reached AZN 1.19 bn.
