Cost of oil grows, and Brent is at $85.81 a barrel

April 12, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are increasing in Wednesday’s trading.

The price of June Brent crude futures on the London ICE Futures Exchange increased by $0.20 (0.23%) to $85.81 per barrel by 10:08 am. Following the trading on 11 April, Brent crude futures for June rose by $1.43 (1.70%) to $85.61 per barrel.

By 10:08 am, the price of WTI crude oil futures for May on the electronic trading of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) increased by $0.17 (0.21%), to $81.70 per barrel. Following the trading on 11 April, the price of May WTI oil futures grew by $1.79 (2.24%) to $81.53 per barrel.
