Lukoil may sue Bulgarian government

April 6, Fineko/abc.az. Lukoil may sue the Bulgarian government.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the foreign press that the reason for this was the decision to impose a fine on this company in Bulgaria.

Thus, Lukoil Bulgaria EOOD and Lukoil Neftochim Burgas AD announced their intention to apply to the Administrative Court of the Sofia region for the decision of the Commission for the Protection of Competition to impose a fine of BGN 195.136 million dated April 4, 2023.
