April 5, Fineko/abc.az. In the first 3 months of 2023, the largest number of complaints received by the Free Consumers’ Union related to Kontakt Home, ABC.AZ reports, quoting FCU head Eyub Huseynov.

He added that Kontakt Home and Baku Electronics are the commercial organizations that receive the largest number of complaints. The above-mentioned companies are literally "competing" with each other. But Kontakt Home does not miss its lead position on complaints. Even today, two complaints have been received about Kontakt Home.

"The complaint received today says that the client bought headphones for 419.99 manats. Two days later, a citizen wishing to return the goods was given the answer: "Go to whoever you want, complain," Huseynov said.

He pointed out that most of all complaints are received for such reasons as the sale of used products and lack of warranty.
