March 15, Fineko/abc.az. There was a separation from Gəmiqaya Holdinq LLC (INN-0201375131), associated with country's leading company Gəmiqaya Holdinq.

ABC.AZ reports that the company has announced reorganization as a result of the separation of Ofis Hold-75 LLC from Gəmiqaya Motor Transport LLC.

Recently changes in the authorized capital and numerous splits have been made in companies associated with Gəmiqaya Holdinq.

Gəmiqaya Holdinq, owned by family members of the former chairman of the Nakhchivan Supreme Majlis Vasif Talibov, was renamed Arkoz Holdinq some time ago. Arkoz Holding is owned by Turkish businessman Emin Uchar. Emin Uchar was also the chairman of board of Gəmiqaya Holdinq.

Currently, there are dozens of companies called Gəmiqaya and Arkoz in Nakhchivan and other districts of Azerbaijan.

Arkoz, owned by Emin Uchar, also operates in many spheres in Turkiye.
