Construction of 23 buildings with 450 apartments is underway in the southern part of the city on an area of 8 hectares as part of the "Great Return" project. These are 3-5-storey buildings.

In parallel, the construction of a secondary school for 960 seats is being completed in Shusha. In the new academic year, the school should start its activities.

At that, the Shusha Hodel Congress Center will be put into operation. The construction of the building, the foundation of which was laid last year, continues. This facility will allow receiving more guests. More than 250 guests will be able to hold a meeting or conference here.
