Oil rises in price, and Brent is at $82.36 a barrel

February 27, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are declining in Monday’s trading.

The price of May Brent crude futures on the London ICE Futures Exchange decreased by $0.46 (0.56%) to $82.36 per barrel by 09:40 am. Following the trading on 24 February, Brent crude futures for May rose by $0.87 (1.06%) to $82.82 per barrel.

By 09:40 am, the price of WTI oil futures for April on the electronic trading of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) fell by $0.38 (0.50%) to $75.94 per barrel. Following the trading on 24 February, the price of April WTI oil futures increased by $0.93 (1.23%) to $76.32 per barrel.

Following the past week, Brent crude oil increased by 0.18% and WTI oil fell by 0.30%.
